MOMS FOR MOMS DRIVE
SUPPORT OUR 10TH ANNUAL!

The Community Center of Northern Westchester’s 10TH ANNUAL MOMS FOR MOMS DRIVE will take place from May 1st – May 15th. The purpose of the Moms for Moms drive is to provide diapers, wipes, baby food and period products to mothers in our community who turn to our food pantry for support.

The concept of Moms for Moms was conceived by local mothers who wanted to help alleviate the financial burden on mothers struggling to provide for their babies. The mothers had an “aha moment” when they realized how easy it would be to buy an extra box of wipes or diapers, or to donate diapers that their children had outgrown.

For the past 10 years, our generous community has come together to support families in need - one diaper at a time. 10 YEARS of giving = 10 TONS of diapers donated!

With your help we can collect another ton of diapers and support local mothers in need.

?

1 in 3 low-income families can not afford diapers for their children

Necessary period products and diapers are not covered by SNAP (food stamps)

57% of parents in the US who rely on childcare missed an average of four days of work because they didn’t have enough diapers.

We are asking for donations of:

  • Diapers (preferably sizes 4, 5, & 6)
  • wipes
  • baby food
  • period products.

Donors can drop off items in person at the Community Center’s donation area behind the building, in the Moms 4 Moms bin, during our regular hours.

No time to shop?  Then visit our Amazon wish list or scan the QR code at right to purchase items and have them shipped directly to the Community Center.

Please note the Center is closed on Sundays and Mondays,
so please save your generous IN-PERSON donations for Tuesdays through Saturdays.
