'Rise' to the Occasion
Enjoy a fun class for 6-8 people learning the art of sourdough bread making with Nancy Kerans and Master bread maker Frank Doherty. They will share the basics of creating delicious artisanal breads that you can enjoy straight from your own oven!
Every class member will go home with sourdough starter and detailed care and feeding directions, and a list of needed equipment. Students will also be given a sourdough ‘hotline’ (the teacher’s phone number) in case of a baking emergency!
